Sarah Graff

Sarah is a seasoned yoga instructor with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience across various styles, including: Hot Yoga, Sculpt, Hatha, Accessible, Pre-Natal, and Healthy Structural Aging. She holds an E-RYT 500 certification and is a Master Trainer in Assisted Stretching.

Sarah is deeply passionate about helping each guest improve the way that they are able to effectively and comfortably move. She has extensive experience working with professional athletes and weekend warriors (especially within the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed martial Arts community). But her true passion is helping those truly in need, whether their ailments come from spending extensive time at a desk, driving, suffering from an injury or chronic pain, or simply adapting to the new realities of aging.

Sarah draws from her experience and training in different modalities, with all different ages and types of people. Her experience is immense. She designs sessions with a strong focus on longevity and long-term wellness — and she tailors her sessions based on each guest’s personal goals with regards to what’s happening in their bodies.

During the retreats, Sarah integrates mobility, muscle activation, posture, symmetry, breath, movement, and body awareness — she strives to help guests develop a greater understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in terms of personal overall health and well-being.

Sarah truly loves and cares about people.  Helping others is her purpose and her passion.  She is beyond generous with her time, and she’s always endeavoring to help each and every guest meet their personal needs and goals. We are so grateful to have her here at the retreat!

Miles Lukas

Miles is a Wim Hof Method certified Instructor (Breathwork, Cold Exposure), elected by his peers to be the North America representative of the Wim Hof Method. And he’s simply an incredible person with a passion for helping others achieve their full human potential!

Miles began learning about the Wim Hof Method over a decade ago. At the time, Miles was already a dedicated athlete (a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and an acclaimed competitor!), but the concepts discussed by Wim Hof were something new. Soon after, he began researching everything possible on the Method.

The breathing routines became his daily practice.

The initial benefits were health and energy improvements. Next came the ability to meditate deeper and explore mental states which seemed previously unreachable. Miles explains that these effects were real and immediate, and that they revealed something we had lost in our modern lifestyle.

While incorporating the breathing into regular exercise, he began realizing the temperature regulating effects of the breath-work… and the subsequent physical and psychological benefits associated with regular practice.

Fully devoted to this endeavor, Miles embraced the journey, and fell in love with the Wim Hof Method tools of human potential revival! He’s become one of the most beloved instructors at the retreat and we couldn’t be more grateful to have him as a friend and mentor.

For this unfamiliar, the benefits of the practice are enormous, and include:

  • massively improving mood and sense of well-being

  • providing mental clarity and sharpness of thought

  • eliminating excess inflammation in the body (the root of most disease)

  • eliminating general stiffness and soreness

  • boosting the immune system
